How we work.
Peripherals are a field where a millimetre and a millisecond both matter. That means the work is iterative: build the shape, use it for a week, change it, and be honest about what did not survive contact with a real hand.
Hardware and software sit close together here. A mouse's DPI stages are as much a software decision as a sensor decision, so the people who decide them talk to each other.
What we look for.
Most of all, people who use the thing they build. Beyond that, we care about clear written communication — specifications, test notes and handoffs all live or die on whether the next person can act on them.
- You can explain a decision to someone outside your discipline.
- You test your own work before handing it over.
- You would rather ship something measurable than something impressive.
